What a great day in Toronto! Weather was beautiful and warm with a cool breeze. The sun was out.
And… the World Cup is only 3 sleeps away!
So in a ramp up to the World Cup, I decided to get my Azzurri on and head over to San Francesco’s for a couple slices and a Brio. I mean… when your front sign is the Italian flag… that’s pretty fucking awesome haha.
If you’ve never been to San Francesco’s you’re missing out on the best veal sandwiches and one of my favourite pizza spots!

Plus, they proudly display this… though they are going to need to update it in about 6 weeks! ;)

So I went to the park to enjoy my Pizza and Brio… the Tuesday Farmers Market was on, but I got there too late haha. Check in at Toronto City Life probably next Wednesday where I’ll do a feature on the East York Farmers Market!

PS. Yes I know this blog reads like a kids book. Figured I’d do something a little more visual. Why?
Well, here’s some exciting news!
I am going to be covering the G20 as a citizen/on site/live blogger for CBC.ca! This means I’ll be taking lots of pictures and getting them to CBC in as live time as possible. I’ll be blogging the experience also for them.
Pretty damn excited! I’ll have more details + a link sooner to the event.
